What is the difference between Allrounder 3.1.1 and {LESS} Allrounder?

English is fine

The main difference is that {LESS} Allrounder makes use of "Twitter Bootstrap" which is included with Joomla 3.x. It's a framework of CSS and JavaScript which was writter by Twitter and made available to the public.
Most extensions built for J3 make use of it and kind of expect it to be supported by the template.

So compatibility with 3rd party extensions should be better with this Allrounder version.

The {LESS} part is some technical internal stuff. Originally I just wanted to create a "Proof of Concept" and test if it would be possible to make template style parameters end up directly in the CSS files. This worked quite nice. The only drawback is that the saving of the template style is slower.

All in all it should look similar for the end user, but internally a lot changed.

The template by itself isn't really fully responsible. It's something that still can be improved. I'm not sure yet about the best approach.

I actually would have to see the website to really tell. But looks like a wrong "Bootstrap Size" to me. It's a parameter in the advanced tab of your module. Make sure it's set to 0 or 12 unless you know what you do

Most templates don't support this parameter, but mine does
